Dr. Lenna Mary Morgan - CPSO #59502

On April 7, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Morgan committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  • engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional; and
  •  engaging in conduct unbecoming a physician. 

On the same date, the Tribunal ordered that:  

  • the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  • the Registrar suspend the registrant’s certificate of registration for 3 months commencing April 8, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  • the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; 
  • the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by May 7, 2026.

Dr. Pheroze Noshir Bharucha - CPSO #86157

On April 10, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Bharucha committed the following act of professional misconduct:

  • engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional.

On the same date the Tribunal ordered that:  

  • the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  • the Registrar suspend the registrant’s certificate of registration for eight ( 8) months commencing April 11, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  • the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and
  • the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by June 11, 2026.

Dr. Ghassan Zohair Kamal Abu Kuwaik - CPSO #81347

On April 9, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Abu Kuwaik committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  •  engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional; and
  •  failing to maintain the standard of practice of the profession.

On the same date the Tribunal ordered that:  

  • the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  • the Registrar suspend the registrant’s certificate of registration for twelve (12) months commencing April 10, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  • the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and
  • the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by May 7, 2026.

Dr. Todd Kevin Young - CPSO #80782

On April 21, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Young committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  • engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional; and
  • the governing body of a health profession in a jurisdiction other than Ontario has made a finding of incompetence or professional misconduct or a similar finding against the registrant, and the finding is based on facts which would be grounds for a finding of incompetence or would be an act of professional misconduct in Ontario.

On the same date, the Tribunal ordered that:  

  1. the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  2. the Registrar suspend the registrant’s certificate of registration for 7 months commencing April 22, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  3. the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration effective April 22, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.; and
  4. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by May 22, 2026.

Dr. Kevin Joseph Corless - CPSO #57530

On April 14, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Corless committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  • sexually abusing a patient;
  • engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional; and
  • failing to respond appropriately or within a reasonable time to a written inquiry from the College.

On the same date, the Tribunal ordered that:  

  1. the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  2. the Registrar revoke the registrant’s certificate of registration effective April 15, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  3. the registrant reimburse the College $17,940 for funding provided for therapy and counselling under s. 85.7 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, and to post security acceptable to the College to guarantee the payment of this amount, by May 15, 2026;  
  4. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by May 15, 2026.

Dr. Michael Aaron Bensimon - CPSO #99111

On March 2, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Bensimon committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  • failing to maintain the standard of practice of the profession;
  •  engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. 

On April 23, 2026, the Tribunal ordered that:  

  1. the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  2. the Registrar suspend the registrant’s certificate of registration for 4 months commencing May 15, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  3. the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and
  4. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $26,740 in two installments as follows: 50% of the costs amount by May 23, 2026 and the remaining 50% by November 30, 2026.

On May 27, 2026, the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal found that Dr. Sulowski committed the following acts of professional misconduct:

  • sexually abusing a patient; and
  •  engaging in an act or omission relevant to the practice of medicine that, having regard to all the circumstances, would reasonably be regarded by registrants as disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional. 

On the same date, the Tribunal ordered that:  

  1. the registrant attend before the panel to be reprimanded; 
  2. the Registrar revoke the registrant’s certificate of registration effective May 28, 2026 at 12:01 a.m.;
  3. the registrant reimburse the College $20,470 for funding provided for therapy and counselling under s. 85.7 of the Health Professions Procedural Code, and to post security acceptable to the College to guarantee the payment of this amount, by June 26, 2026; and
  4. the registrant pay the College costs in the amount of $6,000 by June 26, 2026.

  3. the Registrar place terms, conditions and limitations on the registrant’s certificate of registration; and
