Need a copy of your CPSO registration card, registration diploma, or certificate? These documents are available through the CPSO Portal and can be emailed directly to you in just a few clicks.

Here's how: 

1. Log in to the CPSO Portal.
2. Select Profile.
3. Click Registration.
4. Select the link under Registration Class.
5. Choose the document you'd like to receive:  
   1. Registration Card
   2. Registration Diploma
   3. Registration Certificate
6. The document will be emailed to the address associated with your profile.
